The Story
After her mother’s death, a woman in her thirties comes home. The Hollywood — a community theater in a small Tennessee town — is dying. Grief is the first fact. Keeping the theater open is the work in front of her.
What she walks into is not a tidy choice. First love versus the life she has now. A partner. Drinking. Accident energy. Caretaking versus a career she would be setting down. Nashville is still there if she wants a way out.
If anything heals, it is through the people still keeping a hometown theater alive.
